The air conditioning was completely inadequate. I was in a hot room all night, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the elevator took forever to arrive, and I often had to take the stairs. It’s unbelievable for a hotel of this caliber and price to overlook such basic amenities.

the hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of old town, allowing for easy strolls to iconic sights like marienplatz and the beautiful english garden, making my weekend exploration an absolute delight as i savored the superb breakfast and friendly service before heading out each day.

The rooftop spa and relaxing pool were highlights after a long day exploring. The only downside was the dinner options could use a little more variety, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊
